Thank you again to all participants and delegates who came to Liverpool on 20-21 May to attend the Motorways of the Sea Infrastructure Conference & Forum re. “Optimising and integrating maritime, port and hinterland logistics infrastructure in order to maximise supply chain efficiency and international trade”.
We were delighted to be involved with the European Commission in organising the event, which attracted:
- 163 registrants from 21 countries: 19 EU + USA + Israel (Click here to download the registrant list)
- 33 presentations, including re. 18 different EU-funded projects
- Keynote addresses from Brian Simpson, OBE, Motorways of the Sea European Coordinator; Joe Anderson, Mayor of Liverpool; Bernard Molloy, Global Logistics Director, Unipart, & Chair of the Superport Liverpool Committee; Lord Prescott, former UK Deputy Prime Minister.
